Description of Expertise:

My research examined potential food resources for emerald ash borer parasitoid wasps at release sites as well as created negative binomial hurdle models to estimate flower production in shrubs. I have also helped manage and conduct research on southern pine beetle infestations on Long Island as a part of DEC’s SPB Response Team. Currently, I am a part of DEC’s Bureau of Invasive Species and Ecosystem Health team helping to respond to and coordinate invasive species management across the state.
