Description of Expertise:

My research is primarily focused on the ecology of insect invasions in temperate and boreal forests. I am broadely interested in climatic adaptation, interactions with native species, factors contributing to variable rates of spread over a species geographic range, and the impact of invasions on forests, and the interaction between invasions and other anthropogenic drivers such as climate change.
